These terms govern your use of Tradinity (tradinity.app). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What Tradinity is

Tradinity is a research and education tool that presents Indian stock, index and mutual fund data, screens, charts and calculators. Nothing on Tradinity is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer or solicitation of any kind. We are not a broker, and unless we state otherwise on the site, we do not claim to be a registered investment adviser or research analyst. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions; consider consulting a qualified, registered professional.

2. Data and accuracy

Data comes from exchange filings, AMFI and other public sources and is shown as published; we do not verify it. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and metrics, scores and analyses on the site are computed from that data using stated methods and are not predictions. Past performance does not indicate future results. Investing in securities involves risk, including loss of capital. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of anything on the site.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You can sign in with a username and password or with your Google account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its data by automated means without our written permission; copy, resell or redistribute the data or content except as allowed by law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or other users' accounts; interfere with the site's operation or security; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

5. Paid plans and payments

  • Some features may require a paid plan. The price and duration are shown before you pay, and payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • A paid plan is a purchase for the period shown and does not renew automatically unless we clearly say so at the time of purchase.
  • If you believe you were charged incorrectly or want to request a refund, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, software, text, illustrations and original analysis belong to Tradinity or its licensors and are protected by law. Underlying market data belongs to its respective sources. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial research. Other trademarks and product names are the property of their owners.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradinity and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, investments or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from any decision you make based on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Google sign-in and Razorpay payments), which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.

10. Changes and termination

We may change the site or these terms at any time; the "last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the site and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the law requires.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
