Record Date Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Limited (ABCIL) has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Record Date as January 15, 2016 for the purpose of scheme of amalgamation.Pursuant to the provision of the Scheme, the Board of Directors of Grasim has fixed January 15, 2016 as the record date for determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders of the Company to receive fully paid up equity shares of Grasim Industries Limited in the ratio of 1(one) fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each of Grasim Industries Limited credited as fully paid up for every 16 (Sixteen) fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/ - (Rupees Ten) each, held by such shareholder in ABCIL.
