Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Promoter have appointed Non-Executive Independent Directors i.e. Mr. Ravani Mohammed Abdul Khader and Mr. Kader Mohammed Davawala as Additional Directors w.e.f. January 25, 2016. Further Dr. (Mrs.) Babita Bhatia was appointed as Additional Director on July 15, 2015 who shall hold office up to the date of the next Annual General Meeting or the last date on which the Annual General Meeting should have been held, whichever is earlier. The last date of the Annual General Meeting was December 31, 2015 and the same is delayed. Therefore , she is removed from the directorship w.e.f.January 01 , 2016 as per. the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. |
