First Leasing Company of India Limited had informed the Exchange vide letter dated June 10, 2014 regarding holding of adjourned Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year ended March 31, 2013 on August 11, 2014, The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution has resolved to postpone the date for holding the adjourned AGM since the Reserve Bank of India is yet to approve the expenses to be incurred to conduct the AGM. The revised date of Annual General Meeting will be within 30 days, after receipt of approval from RBI and payment authorization from State Bank of India and the same shall be notified accordingly. |
