Shareholders meeting
The 32nd Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2023-24 of the JIK Industries Limited Shall be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (IST) through Audio Video Conferencing. The Company has provided facility to exercise voting rights on all the businesses proposed at the AGM by electronic means by remote facility provided by NSDL.
