Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Limited has informed the Exchange that Pursuant to Companys intimations dated May 21, 2014 and December 30, 2014 in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited ( Texmaco ) and their respective shareholders and creditors ( Scheme ), Further that the Hon ble High Court of Calcutta has sanctioned the Scheme vide its judgement pronounced on February 26, 2016. The drawn-up order of the Hon ble High Court of Calcutta was received by Texmaco on April 11, 2016. Subsequently the Hon ble High Court at Delhi has sanctioned the Scheme vide its judgement pronounced on December 19, 2016. The order of the Hon ble High Court at Delhi has been uploaded on its website earlier today. Company are yet to receive the drawn-up order of the Hon ble High Court of Delhi.
