By the same order, the Hon'ble NCLT has appointed Mr. Kuldip Kumar Bassi, Insolvency Professional (IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00280/2017-2018/10524) as the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor. The Corporate Debtor is now under liquidation process under the Code with effect from 26 July 2021.'. |
