KPCL is awaiting the certified copy of the Order of the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench for further actions. 3. Upon receipt of the certified copy of the Order, KPCL will file the said Order with the Registrar of Companies as required under Companies Act, 2013.
