Respected Sir/Mam, This has reference towards receipt of intimation from National Stock Exchange of India Ltd regarding Non-submission of financial results for the period ended 30.09.2018 of Supreme Tex Mart Ltd to the stock exchange within time specified as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. As a matter of fact, the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. has suspended the trading in Company��s securities vide its letter dated 16th August, 2018 having Ref No: NSE/LIST/57384 citing facts of order passed by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal regarding commencement of Liquidation process of the Company and appointment of Liquidator for same as grounds for suspension. 4. Since our securities getting suspended from the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, we will not hold responsible for submission of listing compliance with said stock exchange in accordance with listing regulations.
