Under the circumstances the Board of VTX industries had to defer the board meeting for the third quarter review, initially proposed for 12th February 2014, and held subsequently initially on 21st February, 2014. Subsequently after discussion, the meeting was deferred again for further deliberations on the review of the quarterly results and the impact of the SARFAESI notice on the Company's operations.
