July 02, 2018.
2 Feb 2018 Public Notice - Compulsory Delisting Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on February 02, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. 16 May 2014 Updates Glory Polyfilms Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 15, 2014, were to approve the Quarterly UnAudited Results for the quarter needed March 31, 2014. However, as Company's hard disk of the server crashed, the Company have lost the data and files in the hard disk of the working computers. Company's engineers are trying to retrieve the files and the data. The Company undertakes to prepare and submit the un-audited results along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors once the data is retrieved.
